ENGINEER PA-07 Precision Wire Strippers (Made in Japan)

This high-performance stripper is designed to provide outstanding sharpness. The strip holes are engineered to accommodate both single and stranded lines. The precision-polished finish creates a very round shape with a sharp edge, without damaging the core line. Crafted from high-carbon steel, the main body offers excellent abrasion resistance. The environmentally friendly elastomer grip provides excellent oil resistance, making it ideal for fine lines.

The unique set pin design of the pin part allows for easy adjustment, even after extended periods of use. If the tool is used for a prolonged duration, the set pins attached to the shaft may become loose or uncomfortable. This could potentially cause damage to the tools and impair their original performance. Should the set pin become loose and rattle, simply adjust the set pins accordingly.

For safety, it is recommended to wear protective glasses, as the cut material may scatter. Before operating the tool, ensure that there are no people or fragile items in the vicinity. Avoid using this stripper for cutting hard materials, such as piano wires, as it is not designed for that purpose. Do not attempt to adjust the gap by tightening the bolts and nuts on both ends, as this may result in damage to the set pin. Furthermore, do not apply excessive torque when tightening, as this could also lead to potential damage. (Tightening torque should be less than 2N/m)

The product dimensions are 2.0 x 6.9 inches (50 x 175 mm), and the weight is 4.6 oz (134 g). The specifications of the rivet part may change once the current product is no longer available.

This stripper can handle both stranded copper wire (AWG24~AWG12 / SWG25~SWG13) and solid copper wire (AWG22~AWG10 / SWG23~SWG12) with its exceptionally sharp and precise carbon steel jaws. The clean edge to the insulation strip is achieved without any damage to the copper conductor wires, unlike many automatic wire strippers. The spring-loaded design ensures easy operation, and the oil-resistant TPR (thermoplastic rubber) grips provide unmatched comfort.
